  25. command which might affect the DSP

  29. Oh I have. I tried first in Australia where I live 
  30. with no luck (always a promise to call back, never did)
  31. and then I tried
  32.     a) their Web submission form
  33.         after first email no reply
  34.     b) direct email
  35.         no reply at all
  36.     c) several very expensive OS phone calls
  37.         just waited for a long..... time
  38.         and then left a message

  40. I understand the 28.8k connect problem: looks
  41. like someone forgot to reset something in the
  42. DSP after a 14,400 connection so when the
  43. next connection is 28.8 it will fail.

  45. All I really wanted from tech support was
  46. either some combination of commands to
  47. reset the DSP or a pointer to an upgraded 
  48. ROM (either physical EPROM or a HEX/S image 
  49. I could use to make my own EPROM) which 
  50. might have corrected this problem.
